The apartment had a very good location, right next to the metro and within walking distance of many shops. It was well-equipped and comfortable, perfect for our family. Plus, the reception was always available to assist us.

The location is fantastic, being right next to the metro station which takes you to Champs Élysées in just 10 minutes. The spacious one-bedroom apartment comes equipped with a kitchenette that made meal prep easy for our group. The staff were always friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was comfortable.
The breakfast area is quite small, and I found myself waiting for a table during peak hours.

Staying as a couple for 2 nights highlighted the convenience of being close to the metro station, making it easy to reach major attractions like the Eiffel Tower and Louvre in around 20 minutes. The air conditioning functioned perfectly, and hot water was consistently available. However, inconsistent cleanliness and a noticeable odor in the hallways detracted from the experience. Customer service responsiveness was lacking, particularly when addressing my concerns about the room cleanliness.
